Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer fast and reliable worldwide shipping, and promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply at checkout.

International orders, customs & duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Tracking

Once shipped, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package appears lost, contact our support team and we’ll help investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
